Shipping and Returns

We ship our product from the United Kingdom.

N.B. Our intention is to always provide our customers with swift delivery, but as the popularity of our products grow and sell quickly, our delivery times may at times be delayed. 

Free next day delivery is offered to customers in the UK mainland only (if and when possible).

*Orders placed before 4pm are shipped out the same business day. Orders placed after 4pm are shipped out the following business day.

*Free next day delivery applies to orders placed on business weekdays only. Orders placed on weekends are shipped out the next business day.

*If you have placed an order and we have run out of stock, we will notify you via email and ship out your product as soon as it comes back in stock. Your order will be prioritised and shipped via next day delivery to the terms above.

PLEASE NOTE: Our shipping costs can and do change. We do our best to keep this information updated but it may not be accurate as of today. Please contact us if you want the most up to date shipping prices.

*FREE next day delivery is dependent on courier. We cannot be held responsible for any failure arising because of the couriers we use. 

Returns

You have the right to return your blanket within 30 days of receiving your package, if unsatisfied with your purchase.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you have purchased your product and paid for shipping, the shipping cost are not refundable.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
-Any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Cancellation & Order Change Policy

It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure that the shipping and order details are correct. 

To provide a next day delivery, our fulfillment centre processes orders usually within 20 minutes.

Therefore, after placing an order, normally we are unable to cancel or change your order information.

If you would like to change or update your address, the best you can do is to contact the shipping provider once you have received your tracking number. If you need to make a minor change in your delivery address, you might be able to do it on their website by using your tracking number.

Wrong address disclaimer:

Please note that if an incorrect address has been provided and not brought to our attention before the order is processed, the order will be shipped to the provided address and we are not responsible for that. We are not willing to provide refunds for wrong information that has been submitted by the customer. If your order has to be returned to us, it is the buyer’s responsibility to pay the £20 restocking fee. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please refer to our customer service page.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Shipping

To return your product, you need to contact our customer service; please see our customer service page. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The items you wish to return must be returned to us intact.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Delivery and Shipping FAQs

We’re always working hard to dispatch all orders to our customers as quickly as possible. Due to a spike in orders and COVID-19 restrictions delaying our production, some of our products are experiencing delays. Rest assured, your order is being processed, and it could take up to 6 days before you see an update in your order status. Please reach see our customer service page if you have any questions.
If you’ve been given a tracking number, we can confirm that your order has been picked and packed by our team and that a delivery label has been created. The next step is for DPD to pick up your order from our warehouse. This can take up to 3 days with the extra safety COVID-19 measures that have been put in place. Once DPD has picked up your parcel and has scanned it into their system, your tracking number will update with an exact delivery time.

Due to spikes in orders and restriction from COVID-19, we’re experiencing delays in our production. Rest assured, we are working diligently to fulfill all orders as soon as possible.  On our site’s cart and checkout page, customers are notified with the expected dispatch date before they make their purchase: Weighted blanket orders will be dispatched via DPD on approximately January 25. Blue and grey hoodies will be dispatched on approximately January 29. All other orders, if not a part of a bundle that includes a weighted blanket, or hoodie, will be dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Although we would be grateful for your continued patience and support, we can provide you with a full refund if you do not wish to wait. Please see our customer service page.
Our support team will be happy to update your delivery address in our system so that your order gets to you. Please see our customer service page and have your updated delivery address and order number ready so that we can make these changes as quickly as possible.  If by chance, your order has already been shipped, it is most likely that it will be returned to us. If that occurs, we would reach out to you for an updated address.
Our support team will happily cancel and refund your duplicate order. Please see our customer service page< and we’ll fix it as soon as possible. Keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours for our team to reply to any request, sometimes longer during times where we are receiving a high amount of inquiries.
