My Dream Pillow has a chemical smell. Will that go away?
Yes. The chemical smell is completely normal for all memory foam pillows and will go away after a few days.
Due to the way memory foam is produced, it sometimes produces a chemical smell called off gassing that can take a few days to go away, especially when the pillow has been vacuum sealed.
Before adjusting and using your pillow, we recommend taking it out of its package and letting it expand to its full height (this can take up to 24 hours). Then, let it sit in a well ventilated area for up to 3 days or until the smell fully dissipates.
Does this pillow help with neck pain?
If you have a stiff neck or a sore back, the Dream Pillow can provide some relief, especially if you have adjusted it properly. Your choice of pillow can play a huge part in spine and neck health, so sleeping on the proper pillow for your preferred sleeping position is important. That said, you should always consult a physician when dealing with prolonged neck or back pain.
