Delivery and Shipping FAQs

We’re always working hard to dispatch all orders to our customers as quickly as possible. Due to a spike in orders and COVID-19 restrictions delaying our production, some of our products are experiencing delays. Rest assured, your order is being processed, and it could take up to 6 days before you see an update in your order status. Please reach see our customer service page if you have any questions.

If you’ve been given a tracking number, we can confirm that your order has been picked and packed by our team and that a delivery label has been created. The next step is for DPD to pick up your order from our warehouse. This can take up to 3 days with the extra safety COVID-19 measures that have been put in place. Once DPD has picked up your parcel and has scanned it into their system, your tracking number will update with an exact delivery time.

Weighted blanket orders will be dispatched via DPD on approximately January 25.

Blue and grey hoodies will be dispatched on approximately January 29. 

All other orders, if not a part of a bundle that includes a weighted blanket, or hoodie, will be dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.

Our support team will be happy to update your delivery address in our system so that your order gets to you. Please see our customer service page and have your updated delivery address and order number ready so that we can make these changes as quickly as possible. 

If by chance, your order has already been shipped, it is most likely that it will be returned to us. If that occurs, we would reach out to you for an updated address.
